WARRANTY:
At Morning Bird Jewelry, we take great pride in our products. Whether it is a Morning Bird original design or one of our hand selected pieces, sourced from Native artists - we want you to love it as much as we do!
If there are any issues that arise within 30 days of receipt, due to defects in workmanship or materials, please email morningbirdjewelry@gmail.com with "RMA" and your order number in the subject line. Evidence of the defect may be requested, at our discretion.
As all of our items are unique, warranty claims will be handled on an individual basis.
Our policy does not cover any issues stemming from damage, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
RETURNS:
If you are unhappy with your product, we offer a 7 day return policy, based on the delivery date provided by the tracking information. Please send an email to morningbirdjewelry@gmail.com with "RMA" and your order number as the subject line, and a brief description of the issue.
In order for a product to be eligible for return, it must be in the same condition it was received in, and have all of the original packaging and contents. Morning Bird Jewelry does not assume responsibility for return shipping costs.
Beaded items are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
